Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

All items which are in stock are generally dispatched within 3 business days after receipt of payment. Gold items are shipped via door-to-door international courier delivery. Silver items are shipped via regular ground international delivery. If you prefer delivery of silver items by courier with required signature, an additional cost will be applied. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Delivery Zone

Goods purchased via the GemRecital.com website may only be delivered within the Continental United States, including Alaska, Canada, Australia and Western Europe. Any delivery address situated outside this zone will be refused during the ordering procedure. GemRecital will not process any order for which a post office box or APO/FPO address is provided. GemRecital will not ship to hotels. Goods will be shipped to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.

Shipping Costs

The customer will be asked to choose the shipping method as a part of the ordering procedure. Delivery costs depend on the value of the order and the delivery service chosen. However, GemRecital reserves the right to divide the order into partial shipments. In this case, the customer's credit, charge or debit card will only be charged for a single shipment.

Time Required for Delivery

During the ordering procedure, GemRecital will inform the customers of the standard time required for delivery and the various forms of delivery available for the goods purchased.

Problems of Delivery

Any failure to deliver or a delivery exceeding twenty [20] business days from the shipment date should be reported to our customer service department as soon as possible. In order for your claim to be accepted, please notify us within a maximum of fifty [50] calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order. Once you confirm receipt of the order, you should check the order to confirm accuracy. If there are any discrepancies, you should immediately contact the customer service unit by emailing eshop@GemRecital.com or by calling +972-77-48-48-408 to report the issue. If the products ordered do not conform with the original order, or you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the Return Policy.

Return Policy

You may return your online purchase without customized engraving or embossing to our customer service center for a refund or exchange within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. Your refund will be credited back to the same card or PayPal® account used to make the original purchase on site excluding handling and shipping fees. If the exchanged item is greater in value, you will be charged the difference. If the exchanged item is less in value, you will be credited the difference. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange of equal or greater value only.

All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original packaging. Please ship all item(s) pre-paid and insured. GemRecital is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any item with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (e.g. re-sized by a jeweler other than GemRecital) cannot be accepted.
